Website Refresh

A Website Refresh includes up to 5 pages, a mobile-friendly layout, a contact form, Google Business Profile cleanup, and basic search setup (titles, descriptions, and a sitemap). The timeline is about 3 weeks. Public prices are on the pricing page.

Pay in full

Pay in full is $1,899 one time. 50% is the deposit to start. 50% is due at launch. You own the site and the files right away. Hosting & care is optional at $30/mo. Paying in full saves $237 compared with the monthly build total.

Monthly plan

The monthly plan is $119/mo for 24 months. $89 of each payment goes toward the build. The build total is $2,136. $30 of each payment is Host: hosting, SSL, spam protection, daily backups, updates, uptime monitoring, and 15 minutes of edit time per month for one small text, photo, or hours change. Edits are done within 3 business days. Site-down response is the same business day.

Hosting & care is required while the build is being paid off. After the build is paid off, hosting & care is optional. You own the site once it is paid off.

Lower monthly payment and early payoff

You can put more money down to lower the monthly payment. The $2,136 build total stays the same, and the $89 portion shrinks to match what is left. You can pay off the balance anytime. When the balance is paid, you own the site.

If payments stop

If a monthly payment does not arrive, there is a grace period to catch up. After that grace period, the site comes down until payments resume or the balance is paid.

Your domain

You own the domain. Domain registration is the only outside cost, about $15–$24 a year, paid to the registrar. TheMasterPage does not own your domain.

Quick edits and quoted work

Host ($30/mo) includes 15 minutes of edit time per month for one small text, photo, or hours change while that plan is active. Care is $79/mo and includes 1 hour. Care Plus is $149/mo and includes 2 hours, with updates tested on staging before they go live. Unused time doesn't roll over. Extra work is $125/hr in 15-minute steps, and anything over 30 minutes gets a quote first. More pages, ecommerce, logins, booking, custom tools, and other new features are quoted separately. Custom Laravel applications get a separately quoted App Care plan.

Industry Business Websites start at $3,500. Web Applications start at $8,500. A written quote controls the price and scope of that work. Other projects may include hosting, or use Host, Care, or Care Plus. The $30 rate on a Website Refresh is Host. Care with that build is $168/mo. Care Plus with that build is $238/mo.
